InspiHome is a start-up mobile application for interior aesthetics lovers.

Problem space

The request was to create a unique design for a unique mobile application that

· offers an infinite feed of interiors, decor elements, and a blog, formed on the user's taste
· finds where to buy items by scanning the room with a camera
· finds decor items specifically for the user by scanning the room with a camera
· finds where to buy scanned or similar items using the camera
· offers interior designers' services

My role
UI/UX Designer
Design process

Discover [field research, competitors research, in-depth interviews, personas] → Define [information analysis, defining problem, defining success, defining insights from interviews, app flow] → Develop [brainstorming, sketching, low-fidelity prototyping, testing] → Deliver [high-fidelity prototyping, testing & analysing, iterating, getting feedback]

Outcome
The application design got positive feedback from the presentation audience.
Acquaintance

The application has an easy and intuitive onboarding, thanks to which the user's interior tastes become clear.

The Inspiration tab offers an endless feed of interiors, items, and a blog based on the user's tastes and searches. The number of items on the interior cards indicates the items found in the picture that can be bought.

Scan feature

The Inspiration for you feature selects decor elements for your room based on the color palette and the arrangement of elements in it.

The Find an item feature finds where to buy an item by scanning it with a camera.

Other pages

The Designers tab offers a feed of designers' profiles. There are two ways to order interior design: from the main page and from the page of the selected designer.

Also, a messenger for easy communication and service payment was designed.

Design system/
Prototyping

A design system was created to increase the quality and speed of development, as well as effective website/app support. It includes a set of components and rules for interacting with them.

Let's discuss whatever you want :)
